Taxi Drivers and those who have serious criminal records including Rape and those who are Paedophiles. 4 year sentence to prison for taxi driver today; this woman will suffer from fear most likely for the rest of her life. How safe are our people getting into taxis in Dublin? Where are the Regulators and Law Enforcement?
