Gardaí have seized cannabis herb worth an estimated €181,000 in Co Laois.
9kg of the drug was found during the search of a premises in the Portlaoise area earlier today.
Gardaí say a quantity of “suspected cocaine” worth €6,000 was also seized, along with €2,735 in cash and a small quantity of LSD.
A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene.
He is being held at Portlaoise Garda Station.
Gardaí say their investigations are ongoing.
