Keegan is a Right Moron; our Homeless People are Dying on the Streets, and he Claims there are Beds Everywhere? Where? This Government should have Direct Provision standards for Irish Homeless people also. Homes for people mental illness (MHC) have said are overcrowded, often unclean and unsuitable for people who would have previously been institutionalised but were given the option to live in the community; many of these people end up homeless, living on the streets.
