A man and a woman have been injured in a shooting in Bluebell in Dublin.

The incident took place at Bernard Curtis House, a flat complex in the south of the city.

A 30-year-old woman has been taken to hospital and is in a critical condition.

A man has also presented himself at St James’s Hospital with gunshot wounds.

The scene has been preserved and gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
