Worth knowing that Amazon halted “profit sharing” by opting for a $15 per hour wage. Not reading the small print cost the workers dearly. “Jeff Bezos, who now owns around 10 percent of Amazon’s shares of stock, is worth $210 billion overall. Other top Amazon executives hold hundreds of millions of dollars of Amazon shares. But most of Amazon’s employees, such as warehouse workers, haven’t shared in the bounty.”

RTB have the Same, lack of Reality, as GSOC, they are both like a Mouse, at a Cats Convention. Some Tenants are Rogues, they Plan ahead, and Pay no Rent, then Fuck off….Time for publication of list of debtors ie people who rent homes & do not pay their rent. Accountability and transparency is needed but then there are landlords who are compromised and have not declared their tax so this means when a tenant fails to pay them, they must remain Dumb. It is no wonder landlords are leaving the market. The name “Accidental Landlords” is a reality for many who were caught in the property crisis of 2008/9. Institutional landlordism has landed in Ireland. What happens when tenants fail to pay their “landlords”….?
