Garda commissioner Drew Harris may be asked to give evidence at a tribunal examining allegations about covert operations during a PSNI investigation.

Prior to taking over at An Garda Síochána in 2018, Mr Harris had been involved, through his role as PSNI deputy chief constable, in an alleged bribery investigation about the awarding of PSNI vehicle contracts.
