Today in #Ukraine, Russia killed three-year-old Lisa. Not content with that grotesque atrocity, reports indicate her mother Iryna was killed alongside her daughter. Little Lisa had #DownSyndrome, so her short life was full of challenges and her mother’s love. R.I.P #Vinnytsia
