Seventy-year-old Hilda Conway is “horrified” to be portrayed as ‘Madam Hilda’ who presides over a seedy club which operated as a brothel and hosts sadomasochism nights where a man was whipped while tied to a crucifix.
“I came home from Mass last Saturday and was having a glass of wine when I went through my emails and found out this was going to be in the paper. I didn’t know anything about it, I was appalled,” she said.
