Judiciary training has started this week on the orders of the Lady Chief Justice following a case in which a judge told a sex offender there was nothing to stop him “finding a wife or partner”.
Northern Ireland’s Lady Chief Justice (LCJ) Dame Siobhan Keegan confirmed that she was to instruct training for judges in October, when responding to a letter from DUP MLA Diane Forsythe.
