A solicitor who runs a legal firm founded by a recently retired judge has had a series of High Court orders made against him over inadequate services and debts of more than €200,000.

John McNulty, the principal solicitor of Kevin P Kilrane & Co in Mohill, Co Leitrim, has been the subject of two High Court orders in the last year after complaints about his service were upheld by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (LSRA).
