TWO people have been arrested in connection with the death of Baby John – whose infant body was found on White Strand in Cahersiveen, Co Kerry in 1984.
A man aged in his 60’s and a woman in her 50’s were arrested on suspicion of murder.

Cops made the arrests in Munster, and the pair are being detained at Garda Stations in the south of the country under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
They can be questioned for up to 24 hours.
An extensive investigation has been ongoing since 2018 and hundreds of people have been interviewed, with over 560 lines of enquiry initiated.
Investigators said the arrests are a “significant development” in the probe and appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
