Evil rapist Simon ‘The Beast’ McGinley gets ban as part of ‘stringent bail conditions’ after cops ‘high risk’ warning

NOTORIOUS rapist Simon “The Beast” McGinley has been banned from calling at the homes of pensioners, the Irish Sun can reveal.
The ban was issued by the High Court after he was charged with an alleged breach of the Sex Offenders Act in February.
As part of his conditions, he has been warned “not to engage in occupation or service involving door-to-door sales”.
They were imposed after Gardai classified him as “high risk” and because of his past modus operandi of calling at the homes of old people offering to upgrade their homes.
His latest appearance in court comes after he was released last September after serving 13 years in jail for raping an 85-year-old woman suffering from Alzheimer’s at her Co Monaghan home on June 16, 2008.
After being returned to Cloverhill Prison, he’s now back on the streets after receiving bail.
Our exclusive images show him close to his new bolthole in Co Louth and also leaving Dundalk Garda station after signing his bail.
He walked openly in the border town despite covering his face when he left Arbour Hill Prison after serving his jail term last September.
One senior court source told us: “This individual is now subject to some of the most stringent bail conditions ever imposed on anyone.
