Add compo scammer to the rap sheet of Jonathan Dowdall. It’s another aspect that didn’t pop up during Sinn Féin’s vetting of Mary Lou McDonald’s protege before he became a short-serving party councillor.
It pales into insignificance when compared with being a ruthless, base, callous criminal, member of a gangland crime organisation, torturer, liar, manipulator and suspected IRA member.
