About to begin my day to advocate for Vladimir Kara-Murza at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. Vladimir is the most punished political prisoner in Russia with a 25 year sentence. We won’t leave a stone unturned in fighting for his release.
