I hope it was a UKR strike. It’s UKR’s right to defend themselves. Kremlin whining whenever UKR does strike them doesn’t pair well with the bluster. Perhaps it’s an inside job? Who benefits from this? Prigozhin showing ineptitude of Shoigu and Gerasimov?
