A father and son who are the suspected leaders of a notorious Kinahan cartel- linked gang were being questioned by gardaí on suspicion of money laundering last night.
The two were arrested in a major Garda operation early yesterday in which €4,000 in cash was seized.
Officers used a JCB to crush heavy steel shuttering and barbed wire when gardaí entered the biker gang’s fortified compound in Crumlin, in Dublin, at dawn.
