THE teenage son of celebrity chef Rachel Allen has been jailed for 15 months on drugs charges.
Joshua Allen, 19, was given a sentence of 30 months – with half of it suspended – at Cork Circuit Criminal Court today.

The chef made her presenting debut alongside a delighted Dáithí who made her feel right at home with his Kerry charm and she was all smiles as she hosted the show.
She shared a snap of herself with the Rose of Tralee presenter ahead of the show going live on her Instagram.

We’re sure she was nervous about stepping into the role, with the loyal Today viewers adoring Maura Derrane and Sinead Kennedy, but viewers flocked to social media to praise the ‘brilliant’ chef after her first day on the job.

Rachel will share the seat with Úna Healy and Elaine Kinsella over the course of the next few weeks.
