What has Happened to the Vulnerable in our Nursing Homes? Nobody should be Above the Law. The fact that so many of our elderly are now deceased as a result of carelessness and COVID-19 tells us a tribunal must be put in place to establish the standard of care or for that matter lack of care that resulted in their untimely deaths.
