Vaccine Apartheid. The parallels to another deadly pandemic HIV. Patents take priority for Pharmaceutical companies over the worldwide distribution of vaccines and technological expertise and provision to the poorest countries. China has promised 1 bn vaccines to the African Continent but this is benevolent yes; however one must be aware of colonialism under the guise of the Belt and Road Initiative ie the old and ancient Silk Road.
