Gardaí appeal for witnesses after shooting incident in Dublin leaves man in serious condition

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a shooting incident that occurred at a domestic residence on Cookstown Road in Tallaght.
The incident occurred on Friday December 3 at approximately 12.10pm in the Dublin 24 area.

The crime scene is currently preserved for a technical examination by the Garda Technical Bureau. Investigating Gardaí removed a firearm from the scene.

Gardaí are looking for information on a small dark van which was discovered on fire in Kilcarrig Close in Tallaght this afternoon at approximately 12.15pm, a small, black car that was discovered partially burnt in Rathmill Glen, Rathcoole a short time later and a small silver hatchback car that may have been parked in Rathmill Glen, Rathcoole over the past 24 hours.© Provided by Extra.ie The incident occurred on Friday December 3 at approximately 12.10pm in the Dublin 24 area.
