Gardaí have seized drugs, cash and firearms during coordinated raids across Wicklow and Wexford.
Gardaí in Bray conducted a four day operation this week as part of an ongoing investigation targeting street-level drug dealing throughout Co Wicklow.
The raids were carried out as part of the national drugs strategy and Operation Tara, which aims to identify, disrupt, dismantle and prosecute drug trafficking networks operating at local level throughout Bray, Greystones, Wicklow and Arklow.
A total of 25 properties were searched over four days by gardaí from the Wicklow and Wexford Districts, with assistance from the Armed Support Unit and Garda Dog Unit.
Pictures of the haul show approximately €43,000 of suspected cannabis herb (pending analysis), €1,000 of suspected cocaine (pending analysis), components of a double barrel shotgun concealed on open ground and ammunition concealed in a hedgerow as well as €4,600 in cash.
