Roosevelt – The New Deal where he introduced social security and other benefits and did so by taxing the rich 90% tax. Biden may be influenced by this but we are waiting for him to tax the Rich and he will have to do so if he plans on implementing this $2 Trillion Infrastructure Plan that will lead to his name and success being held in posterity.
