Sunday newspapers reported that 4,000 (voids) Council houses have nobody living in them, yet we have a homeless crising, a housing shortage, and a lack of affordable housing especially for our young population, or people in second relationships needing homes. Hope exists as this indicates just how the Council can make existing stock more energy efficient, reducing energy poverty and supporting our climate targets
