Ian Bailey’s appeal against drug driving conviction to be heard next Wednesday
FREELANCE journalist Ian Bailey (64) will have his appeal against a drug driving conviction heard next Wednesday.
Cork Circuit Appeals Court will deal with the challenge which has been adjourned multiple times over the past year.
The appeal had been scheduled to be heard on Friday but was rescheduled for next Wednesday, January 26.
