The map shows the countries in which these “Yachts” were arrested…. Another way of looking at it is these are countries who facilitated by choice these known oligarchs before war of invasion of Ukraine declared by Putin’s Russia. Londongrad too harbours many arrests especially of properties, yachts, even Net Fungible tokens or for that matter holdings in Cryptocurrencies.
