Ireland: our houses are no longer homes not due to war but to neglect and a lack of a property tax on vacant properties. This is Drogheda, Co. Louth. There are 104 derelict properties. The cruel irony is the number of people who are homeless or in sheltered accommodation is rising. To add to this we have undertaken to commit to taking in refugees from Ukraine.

Amazing work done by @DerelictDrawda @dom_gradwell already highlighting over 100 derelict properties that could be peoples’ homes in Drogheda.  #100DaysofVacancy #DerelictIreland #derelictdrawda #drogheda #VacantIreland @EcoEye HeritageHubIRE
