Who has sanctioned Russia? Very few countries and those who have are industrial democracies. Note nobody from Africa, South America, China, Indonesia, Greenland and a lot of Eastern Europe. Russia and China geopolitics suggests they are convinced they are supreme and the future leaders of the World Order, they know they have the population and geographic space.
