The liquidator of suicide bereavement charity Console has secured a judgment against the estate of its disgraced late co-founder Paul Kelly.

A High Court judge will now be asked to assess damages which should be paid out by the estate of Mr Kelly, who took his own life in February 2020 amid investigations into allegations of large-scale financial mismanagement and personal use of funds.
