Zelensky’s economic adviser Oleg Ustenko estimates losses from hostilities amount to $1 trillion. According to him, Ukrainian authorities expect to receive $400 billion from the frozen Russian assets which will form the Reconstruction Fund. Fred says: Sanctions have to work. People in countries like UK, Turkey, Cyprus, Ireland who are facilitators of transactions (money transfers, property purchases, shell companies, yachts, diamonds, gold etc etc) must not deal with Russia because sanctions apply as it is Russia who invaded a sovereign country, Ukraine, and have wreaked estimate $1 trillion in damage to the infrastructure of that country and forced 4 million people to become refugees in just 5 weeks ie since they invaded on 24th February 2022
