A MOTORIST who mounted a footpath outside a creche and drove at a man to “scare” him has been told by a judge his actions were “highly reckless”.

Apprentice electrician Evan Dawson (23) was out on a lunch break when he spotted a man he knew and decided to drive at him, while the creche door was open and children were about to leave.
