Let us not indulge ourselves in War Fatigue. Too many wars, too much suffering. Ukraine needs our support. They await membership of the EU and they need news on this front before our politicians enter summer recess of nearly two months at their personal discretion. This is while President Zelenskyy remains a constant to his people, his emotionally charged daily broadcasts if listened to speak of the calibre of person he is; he has that great unknown gift that our politicians are lacking and that is “emotional intelligence”. Mrs Zelenskaa’s article in the weekend newspapers is worth reading (see earlier posting)
