Late 1800’s, the Congress of Berlin divided up the African continent rewarding Empire Builders like the British, the French, the Dutch, the Belgians, the Portuguese, the Germans…Now these African countries mostly have their independence; we need to acknowledge them and their identity too. China has introduced the “Belt & Road” initiative so beware both China and Russia (who has had prior input re gaining independence) have this continent on their agenda now.
