Child sexual abusers: When do they stop abusing children? Deterrence is not working. Some already in prison and out but do we know if they are now working in an underground network. UK policing recognises it is not equipped to deal with these people but like the US ordinary people have decided to take control into their own hands. See link below. We have to stop child sexual abuse, be it at home or in a foreign country like Thailand. Social media allows us to locate these perverts and catch them with actionable intent with a minor with the data on the smartphone/social media.
