Double rapist Simon McGinley has been tracked own to an estate in Dundalk, Co. Louth where he is now living in an apartment with two women, after being recently freed on bail.

Sporting a tight new haircut and flat cap, the 48-year-old is now mobile and driving around in an old jeep.
