Ian Bailey has claimed he is ‘no longer a suspect‘ in the death of Frenchwoman Sophie Toscan Du Plantier ahead of the release of his new podcast next week. Bailey was convicted by a French court in absentia for the murder of the filmmaker in Schull, Co Cork in 1996, and he now claims he is only a “person of interest.”
