As a result of the Russian explosion of the Kakhovka HPP dam, 149 newts listed in the Red Book of Ukraine were killed, reports the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine. They were carried to the Black Sea coast. 55 animals were saved.
