The British government needs to toughen up to bring hostages back home. They should set up a special office of hostage affairs like the US. And the first case this office should focus on is Vladimir Kara-Murza in Russia
Katyn is extensively documented. Yeltsin handed the original orders to Poland in 1992. Putin attended Katyn anniversary celebrations in 2010 and condemned the “cynical lies that have blurred the truth about the Katyn shootings”

Russia’s state news agency decides to revert to the Soviet lies on Katyn, the site where Moscow executed several thousand Polish POWs in 1940. Now it’s a “Nazi provocation” again and USSR was falsely accused. Russia only acknowledged its responsibility for Katyn massacre in 1992.

In this first bit, he explains that the Donbas was plundered by Russians since 2014 and the 2022 war began for reasons very different from those advertised to the public.
