Meanwhile it is remote working suitable for those who have nice spaces and libraries in their homes to work from there while the Gen Zeers, well their task is tough and they do not get to experience the advantages of working with colleagues, of collaboration, drinks after work in the “City”. They invariably are living at home or in rented accommodation and the reality that they may never be able to purchase their own home. Watch this space of crisis for the developers and remember interest rates are on the rise and therefore there is an impact on costss too. Just look to the most expensive hospital in the world … The Children’s Hospital, St James. American property Sneezes and the rest of the world gets pneumonia in their property markets. Trump is running for President; I wonder what predictions he has for his property portfolio?
