Sara Sharif latest: Cops are ‘closing in’ on ‘murdered’ 10-year-old’s dad after he fled to Pakistan

COPS are said to be inching closer to tracking down the father of Sara Sharif who fled the UK hours before her body was found.
Police in Pakistan say they are nearing finding the 10-year-old’s dad Urfan Sharif – who is reportedly in hiding.
He is said to have fled the UK with his partner Beinash Batool and Sara’s uncle Faisal Malik.
The Mirror reported Rawalpindi Region police chief Khurram Ali said: “We are trying our level best to find the suspects and are close to locating them.
“We have interrogated the father, brother and uncle of the prime suspect Urfan.
“It’s a matter of great concern for our police as a child was brutally killed and it is painful for all of us.”
Earlier today cops revealed they are not allowed to detain relatives of the youngster’s father for questioning in Pakistan.
It comes as UK authorities face an uphill battle to get Sara’s father, partner and uncle back to Britain.
This is because the UK does not have a formal extradition treaty with Pakistan, making it difficult to get the runaways back for questioning.
Sara’s body was tragically found at her home in Horsell, Surrey exactly two weeks ago today, seeing police launce a murder probe.
