Thomas Niedermayer was kidnapped from his Belfast home in 1973.There was no ransom demand, no information; he just disappeared.

His family endured rumours, lies and they thought he might still be alive.

The truth was horrific.

He had actually been murdered soon after he was taken and his body dumped less than a mile from his family home.
