Temple Bar video shows man in wheelchair viciously beat and kick man on ground

The shocking assault was filmed and widely shared on social media

A man in a wheelchair viciously kicked and punched a man on the ground during a brawl near Temple Bar.

The assault, which was filmed and widely shared on social media, is believed to have occurred earlier this week in Bedford Lane, reports the Irish Mirror. In the first clip of the footage, it shows a man in grey tracksuit bottoms punching the wheelchair user.

He strikes him a number of times in the face before two women intervene and break up the fight. In another clip, the same man, who struck the wheelchair user, appears on the ground covering his head as a different person wearing green trousers assaults him.he man in the wheelchair then appears before kicking and punching him. At points during the video, the man in green trousers stomps on the victim’s hand.he  Gardai told the Irish Mirror they had no record of the incident on their system.
