Embattled Irish entrepreneur Illann Power has been fined by a judge in the US for a second time for contempt after failing to produce documents sought by his bankruptcy trustee.
Mr Power, who is facing criminal charges in Ireland over alleged breaches of the Companies Act, claimed his failure to hand over documents was because they were on a thumb drive seized by gardaí.
