Excellent, can France pay fair price to Mongolia? France set the rate at €0.80 per kilogram of uranium in Niger, significantly lower than the global market value, with uranium from other countries, such as Canada, commanding a similar price of €200/kg.

He has written extensively on the issue of international human rights and U.S. foreign policy for the Huffington Post and Counterpunch and has lectured throughout the world on these subjects.
