Senior Kinahan cartel member Patrick Curtis and Sligo gang boss Barry Young have been caught with mobile phones in Portlaoise Prison after raids this week.

Curtis who was jailed for 10 years in 2020, along with co-accused Mohammed Smew for their role in the plot to murder Patrick ‘Patsy’ Hutch, was caught with four phones after a raid on his cell.
