Burn out; fatigue of war in Ukraine and without even an inkling on Saturday 7th October HAMAS launched sea land and air assault on ISRAEL, they have taken over 100 Israeli hostages and people from other countries visiting Israel. Geopolitics has hit a whole new dimension and the war weary world will have to engage. Ian Bremmer (Eurasia) has made an essential point and that is the power of social media to mis-inform and the fact that being algorithms driven, misinformation, false, information, data, photos etc. puts it to people to learn enough to try to understand what is happening and separating propaganda. This is yesterday’s posting. I was too disheartened to publish. World at War – these are dangerous times. This is a mix of a limited contribution of the usual daily routine of X, YouTube, links, quotations relating to Ukraine war and its invasion by the Russian Federation. Sadly it looks as if Ukraine will be placed in second place! Israel, HAMAS and the Palestinians and a war with many trajectories will be the news. Ian Bremmer is worth watching (see links below). We need to have a foundation of what is happening and we need to discern truth from propaganda and mis-information.
