Gardai have launched an investigation

A homeless organisation found the body of a man in Dublin on Saturday evening.
The team at Help Our Homeless made the discovery in a park in Clontarf. Gardai were contacted and have now launched an investigation.
Sonya Mac Mahon from Help Our Homeless said: “The team were out on their normal run and it was a bit quiet around one park on the outskirts of the city in the Clontarf area so the team decided to take a walk through the park.”As they were walking along they seen a body lying in the grass, the team went over to see if they could resuscitate but the body was ice cold and stiff, we think it had been there for a while. It was a young male.A garda spokeswoman told Dublin Live: “Gardai were alerted to the discovery of the body of a man in Clontarf, Dublin 3 on Saturday evening, 4th November 2023.
