Ashling Murphy’s evil killer had spent long periods of time away from his home, we can reveal.

Gardai say Jozef Puska was hardly known around Tullamore because he spent more time living with his parents in Crumlin than at his own home outside the midlands town.

A source said: “He never came to the attention of the gardai and hardly anyone knew him to see around Co Offaly.”Gardai believe Puska, 33, was a secret predator who had a hatred of modern women and decided he was going to kill one – and unfortunately it was 23-year-old teacher Ashling.
