Paul Kelly’s son, Tim denies knowing anything about the misuse of Console suicide bereavement charity funds

The son of Paul Kelly, the late founder of Console, has denied any wrongdoing stemming from his involvement with the suicide prevention and bereavement charity, ­telling a court he never improperly took funds from the organisation.

Lawyers for Tim Kelly (35), who ran Console’s UK sister charity, issued the denial in a lawsuit in which he is being pursued by a liquidator over “unauthorised and improper expenditure”.
