Ian Bailey left an estate comprising only his clothes, books, wood carvings and files about the Sophie Toscan du Plantier murder.

Bailey (66), the chief suspect in the investigation into the murder of the 39-year-old French filmmaker in December 1996, had been living in modest rented accommodation in Bantry, West Cork, and was dependent on a state pension.
