Man jailed for attacking partner in front of children and threatening to pour acid on her face

A Galway man has been jailed for assault, harassment and threatening to kill his partner over a 36-hour period.

The 39-year-old man from Galway city pleaded guilty to three sample counts of a six-charge indictment of offences against the mother of his four children between February 20 and 21, 2021.
